We believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone.
Community Yoga is on Wednesdays at 4pm.
This class is for those who might not easily access yoga or may be reluctant to try a class. Attendance is by donation of any amount.
The one hour class incorporates basic asana, breath awareness and some relaxation (savasana) at the end of the class. It is run by teacher training graduates of our studio and is suitable for a basic fitness level. Only runs during the school term.
No booking required, just come along!
Donations from the class go directly to the Samanali Projekt in Sri Lanka. This charity support children with a disability with one on one physiotherapy care and class movement activities through sport, dance, yoga and teaches reading and arts.
One of our Community Yoga teachers is a regular visitor to Sri Lanka and teaches yoga to the kids when she is there! Please contact us for more information about the class.
